• DEADLINES AND PLACE OF DELIVERY

BASTARDS KNIVES undertakes to deliver the product to the address you indicate in the order form within Spain. In order to optimise delivery, please indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours.

BASTARDS KNIVES will not be liable for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by you in the order form does not correspond to reality or when data necessary for delivery has been omitted.

BASTARD KNIVES will execute accepted orders with due speed, but at the latest within 30 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed.

If the delivery takes longer than the indicated delivery time, or if an order cannot be carried out or can only be partially carried out, you will be informed of this circumstance and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or the option to cancel the order, totally or partially, with a full refund of the price paid for the purchase of that product.

If delivery of the product is impossible, the order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also send you a communication explaining where your order is and how to have it reshipped (which may incur additional costs).

In the event that the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to BASTARD KNIVES, we will contact you and, if 30 days after we have placed the order at your disposal you have not collected it or you refuse to receive it, it will be considered abandoned and BASTARD KNIVES will be able to dispose of it.

For the purposes of these Conditions, delivery shall be deemed to have occurred at the time when you or a third party indicated by you acquires possession of the goods. This will be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the delivery address agreed when placing your order.

The risks of the products shall be borne by you from the time of delivery.

You will acquire ownership of the goods when we receive full payment of all amounts due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges, or at the time of delivery, whichever is the later.

• RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

In the event of incorrect deliveries attributable to BASTARDS KNIVES, BASTARDS KNIVES will resend the order, at its own expense.

In case of defective products, BASTARDS KNIVES will proceed to the exchange of the defective product, taking charge of the shipping costs, provided that it has been duly communicated within 14 days from the formalisation of the contract.

Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event of incorrect delivery or defective products.

BASTARDS KNIVES will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

1. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labelling, without having been unsealed and in perfect condition.
2. The shipment must be made using the same box in which it was received in order to protect the product. In the event that you cannot get hold of the box in which it was delivered, you must return it in a protective box in order for the product to reach the BASTARDS KNIVES warehouse. with the maximum possible guarantees.
3. A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, where the returned goods are also marked.

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned goods.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

The Customer acknowledges that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as stated in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. By way of example, and not exhaustively, this would be the case for: personalised products; products that for hygiene or health reasons are sealed and have been unsealed after delivery.

In any case, no refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product, of products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage after delivery.

BASTARDS KNIVES is responsible for the guarantees legally required by current legislation.

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 3 years.

This warranty does not cover defects caused by neglect, knocks, misuse or tampering, or materials subject to wear and tear in normal use.

The guarantee shall lose its value:

1. If any of the information on the purchase order or proof of purchase is modified, altered or replaced; or
2. If both the identification number and the guaranteed object itself are tampered with or repaired.

To make use of the guarantee, the guarantee certificate must be presented together with the proof of purchase.

In any case, the applicable regulations on the guarantee of the sale of goods shall apply and shall be responsible, whenever possible, for the replacement of the product, at no cost to you. In the event that the product cannot be replaced for reasons of availability, the purchase will be refunded in full.
