The prices of the products sold through the website include VAT [NOTE: In accordance with the provisions of Article 60.2.c of the Law on Consumers and Users, the website must include the total price of the products, including applicable taxes. Please modify the amounts on the website accordingly], but they do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount of the purchase prior to payment, which will be detailed in a separate item.

BASTARDS KNIVES reserves the right at any time and unilaterally to modify the price of the products offered on its website. In order to guarantee the Customer the certainty and security of the price of its products, this will be the price in force in the offer coinciding with the moment of placing the order.

Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase from the website, these products will have been added to your shopping basket, and you will then have to process the order and make the payment for these products. To process the order, you must follow the steps indicated on the website, duly filling in and checking the information requested in each step. You may modify the details of your order at any time during the processing of the order, prior to payment.

When you place an order on the website, you must pay the full amount of your order (including the amount of the products, applicable taxes and the amount of the shipping costs). You also expressly authorise us to issue the invoice in electronic form, although you may at any time receive a paper invoice, in which case we will issue and send the invoice in that format. You may request it by contacting our customer service, through any of the means made available to you in these Conditions, free of charge.

Payment will be made through the payment services of the bank „Bankinter“ by credit or debit card. Bankinter will also be responsible for verifying the identity of the sender and the receiver and for the legality and control of the payments.

At no time will we be able to see or have access to your card details, as transactions are carried out using advanced security protocols. BASTARDS KNIVES only receives confirmation from the bank of the payment made by you.

The virtual payment platform has SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security protocol to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of the information provided. [NOTE: Confirm]

• DEADLINES AND PLACE OF DELIVERY

BASTARDS KNIVES undertakes to deliver the product to the address you indicate in the order form within Spain. In order to optimise delivery, please indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours.

BASTARDS KNIVES will not be liable for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by you in the order form does not correspond to reality or when data necessary for delivery has been omitted.

BASTARD KNIVES will execute accepted orders with due speed, but at the latest within 30 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed.

If the delivery takes longer than the indicated delivery time, or if an order cannot be carried out or can only be partially carried out, you will be informed of this circumstance and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or the option to cancel the order, totally or partially, with a full refund of the price paid for the purchase of that product.

If delivery of the product is impossible, the order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also send you a communication explaining where your order is and how to have it reshipped (which may incur additional costs).

In the event that the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to BASTARD KNIVES, we will contact you and, if 30 days after we have placed the order at your disposal you have not collected it or you refuse to receive it, it will be considered abandoned and BASTARD KNIVES will be able to dispose of it.

For the purposes of these Conditions, delivery shall be deemed to have occurred at the time when you or a third party indicated by you acquires possession of the goods. This will be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the delivery address agreed when placing your order.

The risks of the products shall be borne by you from the time of delivery.

You will acquire ownership of the goods when we receive full payment of all amounts due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges, or at the time of delivery, whichever is the later.
